Cancellation Fees
  • From 2 to 3 business days (12:00 JST) before the experience program - 30% of the Reservation fee
  • From 1 to 2 business day (12:00 JST) before the experience program - 50% of the Reservation fee
  • One business day (after 12:00 JST) before the experience program - 100% of the Reservation fee
  • * A no-show on the reservation date, 100% of the Reservation fee
    A no-show on the day of the reservation (not showing up within 20 minutes of the start time), will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the reservation fee.

  • Payment by credit card will be converted to your home currency according to the exchange rate on the day of payment.
Experience Program Cancellation
  • Cancellation may occur due to facility problems or equipment failure.
  • We do not compensate for expenses, such as transportation costs to the site, when such cancellations occur. Please note.
