Fee Plans

• Fees for 13 yrs.+

  Per Participant　 330 Yen (tax included)

  Fees for 6 to 12 yrs.

  Per Participant　 110 Yen (tax included)

  Fees for 0 to 5 yrs.

  Per Participant　 110 Yen (tax included)

  * When applying for simultaneous interpretation option, 3,850 yen (tax included) per hour will be added to the required time.

Payment Methods / Cancellation

Cancellation Fees	From 2 to 3 business days (12:00 JST) before the experience program - 30% of the Reservation fee From 1 to 2 business day (12:00 JST) before the experience program - 50% of the Reservation fee One business day (after 12:00 JST) before the experience program - 100% of the Reservation fee * A no-show on the reservation date, 100% of the Reservation fee A no-show on the day of the reservation (not showing up within 20 minutes of the start time), will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the reservation fee.
Payment currency: Yen	Payment by credit card will be converted to your home currency according to the exchange rate on the day of payment.
Experience Program Cancellation	Cancellation may occur due to facility problems or equipment failure. We do not compensate for expenses, such as transportation costs to the site, when such cancellations occur. Please note. Hazardous situations such as natural disasters may result in cancellation. Rainy weather may result in cancellation.
